Good body awareness day

So sometimes between waking up and breakfast today I became really aware of my body, and it is doing good things for me. I have better posture, I practiced walking on the balls of my foot for the fun of it for a longish times, and I am way more centered then I was in... probably weeks. I suspect part of it is the series I started to read which is quite nice("Dark Heavens" by Kylie Chen) I'm somewhat beyond half of the first book, and I really like the characters already- it deals with martial arts in mythological Chinese urban fantasy setting, and I suspect the mental kinesthetis that leads me into are very right for me.
